The Fabio’s Cocoon Gazpacho will give you a boost of freshness and vitality on every level of your being!

Made with cucumber, a refreshing and antioxidant vegetable; tomatoes, rich in colorful pigments with multiple health benefits; and bell peppers, full of vitamins and flavonoids.

Gazpacho is packed with health-promoting compounds such as:

Ingredients and Procedure (Serves 5)

– 5 large ripe tomatoes
– 1 cucumber
– 1 large red bell pepper
– 1 large red onion
– 1 tsp dried chili powder
– The juice of 1 lemon
– 2 large garlic cloves
– 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 3 tbsp sea water (or sea salt dissolved in water)
– 5 tbsp olive oil

  1. Chop the cucumber, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and tomatoes into small pieces ;
  2. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes ;
  3. Place all ingredients into your blender ;
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy :
  5. Pour into bowls and enjoy !

Equipment : 1 knife and 1 blender
