This raw vegan cheese is dairy-free — yes, really ! Perfect for anyone allergic or intolerant to casein or lactose, it’s just as delicious spread on crackers as it is paired with fresh vegetable dips.
While treating yourself, you’re also lowering your cholesterol, thanks to the macadamia nuts, which have been shown to reduce the risk of heart attack by about 17%.
n addition, the cashews used in this recipe (about two handfuls) contain 1,000 to 2,000 mg of tryptophan, a natural amino acid that contributes to the production of serotonin, the neurotransmitter responsible for mood and relaxation.
This means cashews can have an effect similar to a natural antidepressant, promoting both well-being and restful sleep.
Finally, the garlic in this recipe supports the prevention of cardiovascular disorders related to aging and atherosclerosis. It helps combat internal and external infections, repels parasites (such as ticks and worms), and contributes to reducing blood lipids and blood pressure.
You’ve got it — this is a healthy, creamy, and delicious alternative to cheese that your body will thank you for.
Enjoy every bite!
